This policy explains how and when we dispatch your order, delivery timelines, and charges.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your order is placed and an update when it is dispatched.
Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Orders above the qualifying value are eligible for free delivery.
Tracking Your Order
You can follow your order's progress any time from My Account → My Orders → Track, which shows each status update with its date and time.
